Dr. Sabine Stricker-Kellerer
Dr Sabine Stricker-Kellerer is a leading legal expert in China-related business. As founder of the consulting firm SSK-Asia, she advises European companies on the legal aspects of international investment projects and other business activities in China. Dr Stricker-Kellerer previously worked for 35 years in international law firms and, according to the SSK Asia website, was the first European lawyer to set up an office in China when she opened hers in 1985. Dr Stricker-Kellerer undertook her legal studies at the Universities of Munich and Geneva, and Harvard Law School, qualifying as a Master of Law (LLM). She is an official arbitrator at several Asian arbitration institutions with a focus on dispute resolution on cross-border projects. Dr Stricker-Kellerer is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Mercator Institute of Chinese Studies, the German Chinese Dialogue Forum and the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the German Asia Pacific Business Association. In addition, she holds the post of Chairwoman of the China Country Committee.
